Since 2018, Lilix Media has proudly produced numerous cabarets in Toronto and Vancouver, showcasing an array of local talent. Committed to fostering a sense of community, we actively collaborate with local charities.

Cooking for Grief

After a successful digital stage reading, Cooking for Grief, a semi-autobiographical play by Breanna Maloney, premiered at the Vancouver Fringe Festival.

Winter of '88

An award-winning autobiographical play by playwright and director Mohammad Yaghoubi, based on his traumatic experiences during the Iran-Iraq war. Presented at The 2020 Next Stage Festival.

Swim Team

Premiering for the first time in English, Swim Team draws inspiration from real stories in women's sports and post-revolutionary Iran. In partnership with Nowadays Theatre, the play sold out its limited run and was featured on CBC's Here and now with Gill Deacon.

Non Gratas

Featuring Canadian Comedy Award winner Patricia Taborda and Social Media Influencer Mariela Pabón Navedo (@checkinmela), Non Gratas is a performance duo that combines music and comedic melodrama to explore the experience of being latinx immigrants in North America.
